Refund Policy

This policy explains the circumstances in which a refund may be issued.

1. Instant digital services

Wallet credits, transfers, gift cards, vouchers and similar digital products are delivered instantly. Because the value is available immediately, these are generally non-refundable once delivered and used.

2. Failed or duplicate transactions

If you are charged and the service is not delivered, or you are charged more than once for the same transaction, you are entitled to a full refund of the affected amount. Contact support with the transaction reference.

3. Unauthorised transactions

If you believe a transaction was made without your authorisation, report it immediately. We will investigate and, where the claim is upheld, refund the amount in line with the applicable payment network rules.

4. Subscriptions

Subscription fees already charged for the current period are non-refundable unless required by law. Cancelling prevents future charges.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible, or credited to your wallet balance. Processing times depend on your payment provider and typically take 5–10 business days.

6. How to request a refund

Open a support ticket or file a dispute from the transaction in your account. Include the transaction reference and a description of the issue.
